The Architecture Of Aluminum Silicate Board

May 24, 2022

The aluminum silicate board is melted by selected high-quality scorched gemstones in an electric furnace above 2000°C, and then mechanically sprayed into fibers and uniformly added special binders, oil repellents, and water repellents to be cured by heating. Mainly used in the power industry, power boilers, steam turbines and nuclear power insulation, fire insulation in the shipbuilding industry, fire insulation in the construction industry, fire doors, wall linings for high temperature reaction equipment and heating equipment in the chemical industry, automobile and train manufacturing, Fire prevention, heat insulation, kiln lining, furnace door and top cover tightly.

The system structure of aluminum silicate board is mainly composed of: bonding layer, thermal insulation layer, plastering layer, finishing layer and accessories.

The bonding layer belongs to the building. It is between the bottom layer and the surface layer. The upper and lower layers are firmly bonded together with a cementing material. The main source of the filler is inorganic matter.

Insulation layer In order to avoid and reduce the heat loss of the steam turbine to the environment, the insulation material layer laid on the outer surface of the steam turbine and pipelines is mainly filled with scorched gem fiber and a certain amount of organic matter, moisture, and adhesives.

The finishing layer should be made of lightweight functional coatings such as finishing mortar and embellishment mortar, or water-based exterior wall paint with outstanding air permeability, so that the aluminum silicate board maintains its lightweight characteristics and increases its aesthetics.

The accessories mainly use various coatings. On the one hand, it increases the color of the surface of the aluminum silicate board, so that it can be applied to any environment, and the coating can be flame retardant and heat preservation to a certain extent.
